Participants will learn precautionary measures to help prevent workplace violence, how to recognize early warning signs, and appropriate responses to those warning signs. The course also covers effective actions to take during a violent event, as well as steps for recovery and reporting afterward, emphasizing the importance of safety and support for all employees.
