This online course introduces employees to the principles of ergonomics within general industry settings. Participants will gain awareness of the most common cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) and their contributing factors, as well as learn strategies to help prevent or control these injuries through improved workplace practices and ergonomic interventions. The course also covers the foundational elements of an ergonomics safety program and how such programs can reduce injury risk, improve employee comfort, and increase productivity.

Delivered fully online in a blended learning format, no in-person skills evaluation is required. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Online Training.
