Participants will learn how to recognize the early warning signs of hearing loss and become familiar with noise exposure limits that trigger the need for hearing protection under regulatory guidelines. The training introduces various types of hearing protectors, their benefits, and the correct methods for using and maintaining them.

Additionally, the course outlines employee responsibilities in supporting and participating in their employer’s hearing conservation program to help prevent occupational hearing loss and promote a safer workplace environment.
