This online course is designed to help employees develop a general awareness of electrical safety principles and safe work practices when working with or around electricity. Participants will learn how to recognize common electrical hazards, understand the fundamentals of electrical safety, and take proactive steps to reduce the risk of electrical injuries and incidents in the workplace.

It is important to note that this general awareness course does not cover arc-flash hazards and associated controls, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, or safety practices for working with high-voltage systems (such as 220V or 440V). Additional specialized training would be required for those specific topics.

The course is delivered fully online in a blended learning format, with no in-person skills evaluation required. Upon successful completion of the online modules, participants will receive a Certificate of Online Training.
